the bathroom, wow, it was amazing. staff were also really friendly and they are helpful guys. i appreciate the location and free parking too!

I loved the large room i got. Sea views from the pleasure beach and sea. the bed? super comfy. the staff was so friendly. plus, the big bar with a disco ball is killer, and the arcade kept my kids happy.
the radiator in my room didn't stay on for long.

the hotel is just across from the promenade. a tram stop is really close. it is easy to get around from this spot. it is super for pleasure beach.

i got a very big room. the room includes teas and coffees. soft pillows, and warm temperature was much welcome. the staff makes great improvements here.

the staff was friendly parking was available and proximity to the pleasure beach was great.
the room was dusty when i arrived i had to clean it myself the water pressure at the sink was terrible it was not a pleasant experience i also did not like there was no daily housekeeping beds were not changed and bins remained unemptied.
